Typical shipping time usually takes between 7-14 business days, but could be a little longer due to unusual circumstances (such as weather, volume, etc...)
Your ordered goods come strapped to a wooden pallet or packed in cardboard boxes as the case maybe, fully shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. We ship quality used auto parts nationwide via FedEx, UPS, and regional freight & LTL carriers.
Cars have become more complicated over the years. When ordering parts we ask you to have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) ready in the event we need to reference it to match a part.
If we don’t have it in our stock, we’ll find it. If we don’t have your foreign or domestic part in our inventory, we’ll locate if for you.
In most cases if you have not received a tracking number it is probably in your junk mail folder. We send out the tracking information to the email provided. Check your junk mail first before calling us.
All our parts are delivered with a standard 90-day guarantee on performance. There will not be exceptions after the 90-day period. We may ask for the part to be returned for inspection purposes. We will not refund money on a part that has been damaged i.e. dropped or damaged during install.
All parts are used unless explicitly noted otherwise; there is a warranty on all parts.
